I've become a professional athlete after embarking on my own personal transformation journey and losing over 30kg of body weight in 2018. For this transformation, I was awarded Dubaiβs Best Female Life Transformation Winner 2019 and GCC Best Life Transformation Winner 2020. After being a primary school teacher for 11 years in the UK and the UAE, I pushed myself to extremes in every direction, general fitness, Muay Thai, body building, and am now competing in Strong Woman competitions internationally.

I've been recognised within the female business community in Dubai for being a champion of health and wellness through personal endeavours, achievements and recognition. Showing that my work in this field and her advocacy has significance. Resulting in the Health and Wellness Women of the Year 2022 Award.
ME
After a successful childhood in elite gymnastics, I enjoyed over a decade as a British Gymnastics Coach and Judge, and then onto a primary school teacher and Head of Mathematics. I enhanced my teaching skills and understanding of maths through CPD training and direct support, giving me great skills that carry through today. My diverse and high-level experience has sharpened my interpersonal skills, enabling effective coaching across all ages and abilities.

My main goals are to become a competitive international athlete. To continuously develop myself physically, mentally and spiritually through this journey. To face the things that scare me and to do them any way. To learn from every experience I encounter and to learn from everyone I meet along the way. I aim to continue to support woman through their fitness journey and show them how strength training and correct diet can help improve sleep duration and quality, hormone balance, physique, their mental clarity, their daily physical strength and endurance, confidence, self image. How this process is not only important for the likes of me as an athlete, but important for any and every woman. Pre menopausal, menopausal and beyond. Women, pre natural, post natal. Professionals. Educate woman to understand that if we take our health seriously now we WILL benefit in the long term.
