about me

I've become a professional athlete after embarking on my own personal transformation journey and losing over 30kg of body weight in 2018. For this transformation, I was awarded Dubai’s Best Female Life Transformation Winner 2019 and GCC Best Life Transformation Winner 2020. After being a primary school teacher for 11 years in the UK and the UAE, I pushed myself to extremes in every direction, general fitness, Muay Thai, body building, and am now competing in Strong Woman competitions internationally.

ME

After a successful childhood in elite gymnastics, I enjoyed over a decade as a British Gymnastics Coach and Judge, and then onto a primary school teacher and Head of Mathematics. I enhanced my teaching skills and understanding of maths through CPD training and direct support, giving me great skills that carry through today. My diverse and high-level experience has sharpened my interpersonal skills, enabling effective coaching across all ages and abilities.

Scarlett has provided me with online program which I find very helpful. The programme gives me structure and something to work with rather than just doing random exercises in the gym. How this process is not only important for the likes of me as an athlete, but important for any and every woman. Pre menopausal, menopausal and beyond. Women, pre natural, post natal. Professionals. Educate woman to understand that if we take our health seriously now we WILL benefit in the long term.
