Perhaps youβe had some health challenges or have been rather sick and need to regain your confidence with basic fundamental life movements? This can be done no matter your gender or age!
It takes hard work and consistency! This journey is rewarding and should be fun! I can help you either through:
1. One-One Personal training sessions.
2. Group PT sessions if you have some friends whoβd like to join the journey too.
3. Online. Online programming takes place through my coaching app where you will receive a personalised programme.
This journey is not a race! It is about learning safe techniques, increasing your mobility, endurance, balance and strength. The gym can be a daunting place for most people.
Even I can still feel overwhelmed when entering a new gym, therefore, I am here with you every step of the way to help you gain that confidence in knowing what you are there to do, how to do it and why!
Despite what you may see online these days, those fancy workouts are not what is going to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
What you will receive from me, is a programme based around the fundamental compound movements. Whether that mean working on your squat from pushing up off a dining chair or loading up a barbell. We will work on isometric single arm or leg work to identify weakness and develop a more even strength through your body.Β
