Nutrition help is not just for weight loss. If your desired outcome is weight loss/ weight gain or strength gains. Want to hit a weight class for your sport? Or perhaps even deeper than that, maybe you want to take control of your hormones, balancing your body internally.

This journey will require commitment and patience. Most people seeking results want them instantly, and expect a plan to be minimal and restrictive. This does not work long term. I want you to have the skills and knowledge to empower your choices for the rest of your life!

Food is the answer!

Food is also the root of most of our instant gratification these days. Food really is the core of our being. It is essential to everyday life. Not only to function but also to socialise, to perform mentally and physically. Food brings people together. But food can also, and is more and more often, in today’s society, being abused.

1. Fixed.

You can opt for a strict nutrition plan if you feel this is how you will work best. I have been there too, and needed this at certain stages of my journey. Limited choice and budget friendly approach.

2. Flexi.

Alternatively, have a flexi plan, which allows more variety and choice where the calculations have been done for you, all you need to do is choose your meal option, cook and enjoy. Meal plans and calorie and macro calculations are written for you, by me.

3. Freedom for Life!

Perhaps, you want to learn about how to plan your own meals to have complete freedom on choice? We can work together via weekly zoom calls where I will teach you the essentials to help you take control of your nutrition for life!

4. Athlete.

Maybe you are a budding athlete who needs more detailed support to help you reach a weigh in for weight class sports? Detailed communication leading into a competition to be fulled fuelled and hydrated for successful results. Or just better nutrition programming around training days and rest day to maximise your performance.

There is no one size fits all approach to my nutrition programming. I take every client on an individual basis and create an action plan that is appropriate to your lifestyle and goals. All Nutrition Programmes are adaptable as you develop your knowledge and progress through your journey.
