Nutrition help is not just for weight loss. If your desired outcome is weight loss/ weight gain or strength gains. Want to hit a weight class for your sport? Or perhaps even deeper than that, maybe you want to take control of your hormones, balancing your body internally.
This journey will require commitment and patience. Most people seeking results want them instantly, and expect a plan to be minimal and restrictive. This does not work long term. I want you to have the skills and knowledge to empower your choices for the rest of your life!

Food is also the root of most of our instant gratification these days. Food really is the core of our being. It is essential to everyday life. Not only to function but also to socialise, to perform mentally and physically. Food brings people together. But food can also, and is more and more often, in todayβs society, being abused.
1. Fixed.
You can opt for a strict nutrition plan if you feel this is how you will work best. I have been there too, and needed this at certain stages of my journey. Limited choice and budget friendly approach.
2. Flexi.
Alternatively, have a flexi plan, which allows more variety and choice where the calculations have been done for you, all you need to do is choose your meal option, cook and enjoy. Meal plans and calorie and macro calculations are written for you, by me.
